Wine High Club Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the 'Company' or 'Wine High Club' will mean Wine High Club and the 'Customer' will mean any person, firm, company, corporation or body which places an order with the Company.
Sales
All subject to our final confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This list cancels all previous lists.
Payment
Payment is cash/cheque on delivery, except for approved trade account.
All cheques should be made payable to "Wine High Club"
In the event of non-payment of an invoice within the specified terms stated above, whc reserves the right to charge an interest of 6% per month of the overdue amount until payment. If the company shall have to consult solicitors or other agents to recover overdue sums, the Customer will indemnify the Company in relation to reasonable fees payable to such solicitors and/or agents.
Delivery/Collection
whc offers a free delivery service to any address on the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, for purchases over 6 bottles or more/over HK$3, 000 in one order.
For orders below 6 bottles (750ml), delivery charges will be HK$70 per order.
For delivery to the outlying islands, please consult us.
Breakages/Shortfall
All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
Force Majeure
Wine High Club shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Sales Office:
