Event/Meeting Planning

Here at Paragon Holidays, we have a talented and experienced meeting planning staff with years in the travel and meeting industry. We are able to handle any of your corporate or incentive meetings.

Whether it is a luncheon meeting for your Board of Directors or a Sales Meeting for 1500, we can formulate a game plan to maximize your return on investment for each.


Paragon Holidays has numerous long-standing relationships with suppliers, providing a negotiating edge with airlines, hotels, resorts, outside venues for meetings and out of the ordinary events.


We work directly with your department heads to put together a program that will accomplish all the goals set forth for the meeting, while keeping costs within a specified budget. For a minimal fee, we are able to take much of the labor intensive and time-consuming work off your hands. From the initial proposal to the final reconciliation we can oversee every detail of the event. In addition, we are able to:

  • Provide our services, expertise and experience for the initial site selection and inspection
  • Negotiate with the various suppliers to secure the best possible prices and services from each.
  • Put together a full budget and proposal for each meeting or Fair.
  • Coordinate all facets of the registration process.
  • Cross reference all travel, hotel, landing and program details for each participant.
  • Provide up to the minute reports on registrations.
  • Consolidate all related costs into one master account, making your accounting much easier.
  • Plan off-site programs for attendees or spousal programs.
  • Handle all details of the meeting itself - room setups, F&B, off-site venues, transportation and transfers, baggage handling, meet and greet at the airport and on property, etc.
  • Provide an On-Site Program director and a staff (depending upon size of event) to handle all day-to-day details for the duration of the meeting.
  • Reconcile final accounting with properties and suppliers.
