Procedure for C I Q

At Embarkation Airport :

• After check-in process our Indonesian Citizen customer are able to pay of fiscal at available counter on departure hall with the attached boarding pass.
• Customer must fill in Immigration Card which was given in regards to Immigration Regulation and immigration clearance check.
• Customers are able to begin immigration clearance check at the immigration counter with all necessary documents.    

At Disembarkation Airport :

• All passengers must check their travel document for valid visa and passport.
• All passenger articles must be declared refer to custom clearance regulation.

FAST TRACK SERVICE

Another convenient service offered for Executive class passenger upon departure and arrival at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK)  is Fast Track service.  Garuda Indonesia have appointed /dedicated certain counter for a speedy process of immigration procedures to avoid long queue at the immigration counter.
