拳莊泰拳會為全港最大型泰拳及健體修身、瘦身練習港埸館之一。3000餘呎練習埸地，附設有標準四繩擂臺，大、中及輕型沙包共10餘個、TRA、深蹲、臥推架及健身器械區。冷熱水浴室，另設有休憩區觀賞泰拳賽事。 本會教練認真、專業，負責！前五屆香港拳王"錢師傑"總教練擁有超過20年以上教學經驗、 亦曾培育出香港泰拳冠軍。 拳莊泰拳會位處葵涌商業區，鄰近葵芳港鐵站，葵涌廣場門口亦有專線小巴直達。 拳莊於2007年創會 。
One Bak Thaiboxing gym is located at the commercial area in Kwai Chung where the transportation is rather convenient . A spacious indoor area with more than 3000 feet is also provided in which a standard ring, 10 more punching bags, fitness equipment have been equipped and resting area for watching Thai boxing competition. The chief coach,”Stuart Chin錢師傑” who has been awarded for the honor of the 5th Hong Kong thai boxing championship in 90s, has long been well-known for his passionate, professional ( with 20 yrs more experiences ) and responsible teaching. Also, some trainees trained by Master Chin have also awarded for champion of Thai boxing competition. One-Bak Thaiboxing gym is Founding of 2007
