Being a certified and experienced personal fitness trainer, I can provide the following services at any time slot:

 

Scope of services:

1) Improving the body shape

2) Relieve tennis elbow pain, frozen shoulder

3) Improve the cold back, back pain

4) Weight Management

5) Nutrition Diet

6) Fitness training

7) Enhance the training progress (especially fit for those with limited progress after fitness training for a certain period of time)

8) Stretching exercises

 

Training class:

1) Individual

2) Group (suggest no more than 6 persons at any one time)

 

Training venue:

1) My designated club house

2) Customer’s own training venue

3) Fitness rooms provided by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) (qualifications for users: http://www.lcsd.gov.hk/en/fitness/index.html)
