We recognize the desire of enthusiasts to have a training centre where safe and effective exercise and mind-body well-being comes first. Our equipment is the highest quality available to provide a safe and effective workout to all, and yet strong enough to challenge even the most seasoned enthusiasts and athletes.
Our instructors are sourced worldwide from Asia as well as Europe and Canada because we feel it is important to go to great lengths to have the best and nicest teachers, because our clients deserve nothing but the best instructors and the best equipment. All our instructors are trained through internationally recognized STOTT PILATEStm certification programs, one of the most rigorous pilates certifications around, where movement is grounded in the modern knowledge of anatomy and how the body works, to make sure all workouts are effective and safe.
Our equipment is the favourite of experienced teachers worldwide, and the class sizes are small with maximum of four in each Professional Reformer class. We also offer personal pilates sessions at any time of the day with any of our instructors.
