I'll leave HK and need to find new tenants to replace me. Landlord is retired, not investor so they won't increase rent crazily nor suddenly sell it.
2 bedrooms, both have seaview. Main room has Queen size bed with drawers, still spacious.
Living room has good layout, spacious with large wardrobe, dining table, TV set, sofa, etc. Furniture can be removed if not suitable for you.
