1)Room to be rented in Fanling in a high-rise building : 1 Yat Ming Road, Avon Park Tower 5 (Three rooms are in the flat.)
There is a club house in the building. Lots of sports facilities and courses as well as activities are provided, for example, swimming pool, tennis court, badminton court, squash court, gymnasium, dance classes, yoga classes, computer room, internet access, newspaper and reading room etc.
