By implementing the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems, we ensure that excellent customer service is delivered consistently and equitably to our clients.

E-Tech Services Limited

Leveraging on our expertise and experience in building related technical support, we formed E-Tech Services Limited in 2000 with a vision to provide full spectrum of technical consultation services to tenants of our properties as well as third-party customers.

Majority of technical consultation services, such as interior design, fitting out, mechanical and electrical consultancy etc., are within the scope of service to be provided to tenants of our properties at one source. We strongly believe our services are critical to the smooth operation of our tenants and ourselves as landlord. The consultation services allow tenants to overcome technical difficulties, reduce substantial amount of time during renovation, and to conform to the safety and technical requirements. In short, our services save time and costs for our tenants, and give them a smooth move-in experience with greater satisfaction.
