Good Selling Limited was established in 1981. The main focus of our company is to provide property management service to properties developed and acquired by our Group of Companies.
Good Selling Limited is an international property development and property management organization. Based in Hong Kong and established for more than 20 years, the staff at Good Selling Limited manages more than 35 residential and commercial properties and is committed to providing world-class professional services to our partners, clients and tenants.

Property Leasing
Good Selling Limited has a real estate broker license and can act as leasing agent who can recruit and screen potential tenants, and complete the owner-tenant agreement procedures.
Building Management Fees/Rental Collection
Our automated computer system assists debit notes issuance and ensure rental fee collections. We also prepare monthly banking documents and financial statements to report on status and profitability.
Building Repairs and Maintenance
We have contacts and relationships with many contractors and maintenance workers to provide prompt and quality building repairs and maintenance.
Building Security
We provide professional building security services to ensure safety of the building.
Building Cleaning
We sub-contract building cleaning to outside vendors. We constantly monitor these sub-contractors to ensure service standards are met.
