Yuen Yuen is a classical pianist, composer, and piano teacher, currently working in Hong Kong.
He graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music in 2015 with a Master's degree in Music, having taken electives in Pedagogy (both at undergraduate and postgraduate level), Composition, Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Music Research in Practice (Developmental/Practice Psychology) and studied with pianists Stephen Savage and Sally Ann MacLeod, Yuen Yuen has a wide range of experience since including performing, as well as teaching in the UK and Germany.
His other qualifications include BMus(Hons), also at the RNCM, and LRSM in Piano Performance. With over ten years of teaching experience, many of his pupils have achieved good results in exams, often passing with Merit and Distinction, but more importantly, they love playing the piano and want to continue with their studies!
