本人以二級榮譽優等成績畢業於美國華盛頓州音樂作曲系 (B.M. Degree in Music Composition, Washington State University)
I received a B.M. degree in Music Composition at Washington State University in May 2014 with magna c um laude under the instruction of Dr. Gerald Berthiaume and Dr. Ryan M. Hare.
鋼琴主修導師 Dr. Gerald Berthiaume (Professor of Music for Keyboard) ,
曾於世界不同國家演奏包括德國,美國,烏克蘭,沙地阿拉伯等等(In 1993, he was a winner in the United States Information Agency "Artistic Ambassador Competition" held at Stanford University.)
作曲主修導師 Dr. Ryan M. Hare (Coordinator of Theory and Composition Associate Professor of Music for Bassoon, Theory, and Composition), 作品曾於世界各國演奏, 在2012年獲得 Composer of the Year 的榮譽 (華盛頓州)
本人嬴得 LUCO Lake Union Civic Orchestra 2014年 Call for Fanfare 比賽. 作品將於西雅圖演奏作為該樂團開季曲目.
The Glory Fanfare, a piece I wrote for a composition competition, was chosen as a winner in LUCO’s 20th Anniversary Fanfare Competition.
著重提升學生音樂鑒賞力, 正確姿勢及指法.
學習態度( 如不應只為考試而彈琴, 認識該作品特性, 因應不同音樂時期而有的演奏技巧).
由於同時修習作曲與鋼琴. 所以對音樂有較深刻的了解.
在學期間曾創作 弦樂多重奏,木管多重奏,鋼琴獨奏, 管弦樂團音樂.

Teaching Style: I teach each student based on their capability and personality, emphasizing student musicianship, posture, technique, andcorrect fingering. I am willing to teach music theory and composition as well. My experience in music composition includes various Western Classical forms including string duet, wind quintet, piano solo, and orchestral compositions.
