Established in 1991, our factory has a production area of 32,000 square meters in area located in Huizhou, Guangdong Province with a workforce of over 900.
With our business rapidly grown in recent years, investment on high quality production machines and equipment has been proved to be a successful step forward in upgrading quality standard of our products. Our tooling and mold department owns a complete range of advanced Japanese-made equipment. Supported by our experienced engineers, we are strongly capable in making precise and accurate hot runner molds for our clients based on our professionalism. We have the most magnificent automatic manufacturing equipments and molding machines and acquired patent for our DVD boxes design in the United States and China.
We own quality production machines and mold tooling up to 500 sets. Our monthly production capacity reaches 80 million sets of plastic components for Video Housing, 50 million pieces of CD Jewel Cases and DVD boxes. We also operate CD-R production lines in Hong Kong, equipped with Dr. Schenk inspection machine.
Recent business development comes to our newly established production lines in manufacturing of optical wired / wireless mouse, laser mouse, infrared optical mouse, 8-buttons mouse, ball-typed mouse and computer game pad. To ensure our customers’ satisfaction, quality standard has been tightly controlled to meet with consumer safety, international norms and standards, UL or ETL or VDE or BS electrical standards, and FCC or CE radiation emission requirements.
