教學理念
旨在讓學生得到全面的音樂教育，提升他們對的音樂興趣， 增強他們的藝術養，培育他們成為未來的專業演奏家。以學生不同的需要因材施教， 啟發他們的潛能、 幫助他們發展成為一個有智慧和有自信的個體。
教學重點
透過一套根據每位學生特點而設計的課程，令學生有效地接受音樂藝術及智能教育包括樂理知識，技巧訓練，各種演奏或演唱風格。 著重鞏固音樂基礎：閱譜能力、聽音訓練、音樂感。
學生成就
學生成績優異。常鼓勵學生參加考試及公開比賽，不但能累積經驗，而且能提升自信心。
Profile (Chinese/English) :
潘氏於英國倫敦京士頓大學音樂系一級榮譽畢業，其後於香港浸會大學進修，並以優異成績獲音樂碩士學位。潘氐自幼隨名鋼琴家盧嘉博士、聲樂家陳荻威博士、江樺老師、傅桂華教授及戴俊彬老師學習音樂。除獲英國皇家音樂學院聲樂高級文憑及英國倫敦聖三一音樂學院鋼琴高級演奏文憑，亦曾參與多項國際比賽及演出。潘氏活躍於音樂教育，現為鋼琴、聲樂及合唱團導師。除教學以外，潘氏亦繼續深造，現攻讀音樂教育博士學位。
As a pianist and singer, Pearly first graduated with Bachelor of Music in Kingston University, London with first class honors while later she obtained her Master of Arts in Music with distinction in Hong Kong Baptist University. Poon's major music mentors include Dr. Karl Lo, Dr. Tiwei Chen, Miss Ella Kiang, Professor Fu Guihua and Mr. Bastien Tai. Under the coaching of the above mentors, Poon was awarded with the Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music and the Licentiate of the Trinity College London. Poon is also a frequent participant in international music competitions and festivals. Currently, Poon is active in music education as a piano, singing and choral teacher. She is now pursuing her Doctoral degree in music education.
