鋼琴教與學 Piano Teaching and Learning:

鄭老師曾獲不少國際鋼琴家教授大師班(Masterclass)，包括Richard Cionco、Natsuki Fukasawa、Andreas Kern、Paul Cibis等等。
鄭老師現年主要教授六級或以上較高級別的鋼琴課程。過往多有學生及現職鋼琴老師隨鄭老師學習Diploma及LTCL演奏級別，
不少學生能成功考取演奏級資格！(ABRSMDiploma以及ATCL)
亦有不少學生能考獲英國皇家音樂學院鋼琴８級distinction(130分以上)。
鄭老師的教學著重音樂知識及彈奏技巧，讓學生學會如何理解及分析樂章的彈奏方法。
鄭老師亦精通英國皇家音樂考試各個部份的重點，課堂中會為學生訓練Aural及Sight-reading等常被忽視的部份，令學生更有把扼於考試所有部份都能獲取佳績。

此外，鄭老師亦有教授成人鋼琴課程。多有大專學生、媽媽或退休人士隨鄭老師學習初階或更高級別的鋼琴課程，以及流行鋼琴課程。
鄭老師善於按照不同學生之需要、個性和能力調整教學內容，以協助成人學生追尋兒時夢想。
鄭老師亦可提供彈性上課時間，以配合成人學生的上班需求。

鄭老師亦常教授國際學校及外國回流之學生，可以英語及普通話進行教學。

＊Wong Hiu Lui: 2010年考獲8級131分優異佳績。

＊Hau Hoi Po: 曾考過一次8級失敗，轉由鄭老師教授僅半年後，最終考獲8級120分優良成績。

＊Ho Sze Wing: 隨鄭老師學習樂理5級僅4個月，便考獲88分優良成績。

專業鋼琴伴奏Professional Piano Accompaniment:

鄭老師每年協助超過50名不同樂器及歌唱學生進行考試及演出伴奏，亦有連同教授各級考試Aural部份。
過往曾有伴奏學生考獲英國皇家音樂學院小提琴八級138分之佳績，
鄭老師更曾獲得香港國際文藝交流協會的傑出表現獎項。

演奏級學生可安排於導師家中上課(屯門碼頭附近) *YAMAHA三角琴教授
Students of diploma levels will be invited to have lessons in Miss Chengs home (near Tuen Mun Ferry Pier). Lessons will be conducted with a YAMAHA grand piano.

Piano Teaching and learning

Miss Cheng has started her music learning from the age of 7. She has leant from many well-known pianists around the world during Masterclasses, for example Richard Cionco, Natsuki Fukasawa, Andreas Kern, Paul Cibis and so on.

Miss Cheng is teaching many students above the grade 8 level. Some students are current piano teachers, who are learning the Diploma levels. 

Miss Cheng’s courses focus on musicianship, music history and piano playing techniques. She hopes that her students can possess the ability of self-learning, which they could understand the music content of different pieces.

Miss Cheng also specializes in ABRSM graded examinations. She provides extra trainings on aural and sight-reading parts, which could help students perform well in all parts of the examinations. Some of the Miss Cheng’s students resulted over 130 marks in their grade 8 Piano examinations.

Miss Cheng also teaches adults for beginners or higher levels of classical piano playing and pop music. She will adjust the teaching schedule and content according to students’ needs, character and ability. She could provide flexible teaching time to meet adult students’ working schedule and help them to pursue their dreams.

Piano Accompaniment

Miss Cheng accompanies over 50 students of different instruments in a year. Her students have out-standing performances in examinations and competitions. One of her student can have 138 marks in the grade 8 violin examination. Moreover, there was a student won the Second prize of a competition from the HK International Exchange of Artist & Cultural Association. Miss Cheng can offer aural lessons in different grades together with her accompaniment lessons.
