Personal Description:

I am a very friendly and a high international teaching experienced Piano/Drum Sets (Drum Kits)/Music Theory tutor. Among my many music qualifications, I hold a postgraduate diploma in Music from HKAPA in Music Design, Diploma in Piano from The Royal School of Music and also Diploma (ATCL) in Drum Sets from the Trinity College of London (with Distinction) and also Specialized in Music Theory.
 
Tutoring Experience:
I have over 13 years international teaching experience. I used to give Private piano/drum sessions in Hong Kong Private Schools and Tutorial Centers such as Tom Lee Music, YMCA, Parsons Music etc. I have been teaching classical piano repertoire and techniques through systematic development of practicing scales, aural skills, and sight-reading as well as music appreciation. I have been a playgroup Music Instructor for toddlers and children from 2-6 years of age, I am very familiar with the syllabus of “Teaching Little Mozart” , “Yamaha Music Junior course", and " Alfred Junior Drum Kits course".
 
Tutoring Approach:
All students from all nationalities/ages/abilities are welcome. I am comfortable teaching from children at 4 to adult. I'm happy to teach you whether you are an aspiring musician or just want to play/sing for fun.
 
My students consistently pass grade exams with Merits or distinction, what is more important is not just the results, but the interest and to play with flying colors from the beginning level to the top-level.
 
I encourage students' learning and confidence in order for them to enjoy their lessons and achieve progress.
 
I have a great sense of humor and try to make sessions fun and interesting. I aim to make piano playing spiritually enriching, musically satisfying, and physically comforting
 
I will provide different learning activities and exercise for junior children, such as finger plays, games and action songs, clapping hands, recite nursery rhymes to make the lesson more fun and interesting
 
 
Qualifications:

•                ·       Postgraduate diploma in Music from HKAPA in Music Design,

•                ·       Holder of DipABRSM in Piano Performance in from The Royal School of Music London

•                ·       Holder of Diploma in Music Performance with distinction in Drum Sets from the Trinity College of London

•                ·       Formal Training in Toddlers and Junior Course of “ Yamama Junior Music Tutoring Course” & “Teaching Little Mozart

•                ·       Fluent in English & Cantonese

 
Availability:
Weekends / Weekdays (all times)

Lesson Details:
 
-  Piano & Drum sets lesson will be available for beginners

• (4 ½ years old or above) to ABRSM Diploma;

• Intensive Music theory Course for ABRSM Grade 5 candidates.

  •  

   

• -  Intensive Master class for students who will be seeking for the ABRSM examination or other competitions. 

Tuition Fees for Piano & Drum sets Lesson:

Junior Piano Course (Age 4 - 6) $150/30 Mins

 *** Junior Piano Course is an One-on-One Piano course especially designed for Junior student aged 4-6 which had experience in learning the group music lesson such as Music wonderland couse at Tom Lee Music or Teaching Little Mozart etc, and would like to start taking up individual Piano class.
