McCaine Wine Education (McWe) is a professional wine school providing a series of wine courses including specific workshops and WSET courses from a basic to a more advanced level. In order to strengthen the skills of our students and assist them to obtain professional qualification, McWe provides multiplex and specialty on-the-job training as well as exam services.
Corporate/ Private Wine Appreciation Workshops
We provide specific trainings or fun workshops in a tailor-made format, from elementary to a more advanced level, specially designed for front line staff of wine trade, restaurants and bars who require professional wine training, as well as VIP clients and internal staff of Corporations for social and recreational purposes. All the workshops will be guided by our experienced and highly qualified wine educators.
McWe Foundation: Wine Appreciation Course
This course is specially designed for wine loving beginners who don't not wish to be tied up by an examination (a mandatory requirement from WSET level 1 foundation course) but would love to know more about wine in a structural approach.

WSET Level 1 Award in Wines
(Formerly: WSET Foundation Certificate in Wines)
This course covers the major grape varieties and where they are grown around the world. Students are taught how to taste wine professionally using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting.
WSET Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits
(Formerly: WSET Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits)
A recreational approach explaining the basics of vine growing to wine elaboration, followed by tasting initiation.
WSET Level 3 Award in Wines & Spirits
(Formerly: WSET Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits)
This course provides a more comprehensive coverage of the wide range of wines and spirits around the world. The qualification has an increased focus on wine tasting technique.
