Bellydance is an ancient art the oldest form of dance.  It provides an exhilarating workout that increase flexibility and tones entire body, boost the confidence.  Bellydnce is a total workout exercise for the body, mind and spirit, fat-burning exercise that tones and sculpts your muscles, it actually provides a positive mental attitude to the body.  The complete exercise for the body not just hips movements it also focus on shoulders, arms control, tightening your abdominal muscles, strengthen torso, tail bones and lower back.  It's a whole body workout from the head to toes.  My dance career has been shaped by a life time love of dance, music, art and cultural studies.  Involves in every aspect of bellydance instructor, choreographer, performance.  I trained with locally-based experts in Arabic & Egyptian styles since 2003.  Since 2007 began teaching now I teaches weekly day and evening classes in Wanchai and Causeway Bay.  My style of dancing is unique and extraordinary teaching method.

What to Wear?  Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Stretchy pants, comfortable skirt with a simple scarf around the hips  (bare stomach optional) & bare feet. Relax and have fun!

Group Class, Semi-Private, Private Class.  Timing and locations are flexible!
