Do you know much about japan rice types such as Yamadanishiki and gohyakumangoku? What are the differences between producing sake in hyogo prefecture and niigata prefecture? We will provide you with 2 sets of sake to illustrate the theories behind.
(C) France vs Italy (HK$500/head)
Cabernet/Merlot vs Nebbiolo/Sangiovese? We will let participants to feel the differences between these renowned grapes. You will be treated by 2 French wine and 2 Italian wine. The section includes a blind wine tasting quiz and a prize. We recommend this for your team building entertainment.
(D) New world wine Appreciation (HK$500/head)
Feeling tired of drinking old world wine? We will broaden your palates horizon on wine universe. You will taste 5 wine coming from Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina & South Africa. A very special adventure to taste something new! The section also includes a blind wine tasting quiz and a prize. We also recommend this for your team building entertainment.
(E) Understanding the secrets of Bordeaux Grand Cru Classe (HK$1000/head)
It is specially designed to help you gain an appreciation of classic Bordeaux wines. You will taste 5 wine sourcing from 1st growth, 2nd growth, 3rd growth, 4th growth & 5th growth respectively. You can have an opportunity to try the most prestigious wines in the world. It will be an impressive event to treat your special guests and VIPs.
