in USA, policeman and FBI are 2 different position. policeman is local law enforcement personal. every villages, towns, counties, cities, states all have their own police force. FBI is Federal investigation officer, not really a police at all. HK immigrate do can apply police job. but first you need HS dipolma. US citizenship and passed the written exam and physical trainning exam. 20/20 vision. FBI requested college degree, multi degree are best. 2, 3 years work experience, passed exam and interview. then they will train. some of my HK friends were NYPD, they apply the job after high school and study college while wait for the call.------- it is long line to wait.
