The mark GOJU-KAI, Reg. No. 2,121,081 and 剛柔会 (in kanji), Reg. No. 2,121,080 are also legal Sevice Mark registered with the United States Patent Office by Norimi Gosei Yamaguchi.
To duplicate these Service Marks by way of printing, embroidering and founding or to display it in public without authorization may constitute service mark infringements and may be subject to litigation.
In Japan, Norimi Gosei Yamaguchi has inherited from Gogen Yamaguchi exclusive legal rights to control the use of the insignia with the Japan Trademark Bureau (日本国 特許庁). His legal rights in Japan includes the following Trademark Registration:
