Our bird's nest is harvested from the islands of Indonesia from Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Sumatera as well as along other small islands nearby. We carefully only selecting a high quality raw bird's nest with low nitrite contents for a safe human food
consumptions. With our long experience again we only working with a farmer who is discipline in maintaining the house of bird's nest to produce a high quality nest to be serve on every table of our dedicated consumer.
Our production line is under an intensive and extensive supervisory management and monitor that we guarantee our product is the best Indonesian Bird's Nest. With more than 18 SOP for processing and only using water as media to do the handpicking the feather and lose dirt on the nest with high quality training worker's.
