Client Service Officer (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Answer calls from customers
Introduce products to customers inside the company
Identify customer service issues and enquiries
Handle all kinds of post-sales customer service related duties including directly dealing with the customers
Requirements:
Good command of Chinese input method
Good communication skills
High responsibility
With relevant experience preferred
Form 5 or above
