footloose stretch, for tired feet and weak ankles

Only a small percentage of the population was born with foot problems...we develop them.

for when your feet are killing you

If you're not the "Flip Flop" type, you know that wearing the fashionable high heels, pointing toes and narrow shoes come with a steep price....your feet hurt after a while, corns develop on your toes and in extreme cases your toenails change shape and become ingrown....even you toes may start to overlap....Not a pretty site...click here to see the effects of poor fitted shoes...

to be faster on the field (or the tennis court) without injuries

Whether you are an amateur, a professional athlete or a week-end warrior, your speed, agility and mobility at play, all depend, to a great extent, on the strength, suppleness and flexibility of your feet and ankles. Don't compromise your performance with weak ankles, prone to injuries.

The Footloose Stretch session will give you the mobility and an optional 15 minutes Strength session will give you the strength to excel at your game.

What to expect

During this new 45 minutes Footloose Stretch session, your therapist will focus on stretching your calf muscles, your Achilles and all of the 19 muscles and 107 tendons and ligaments of  your feet. Each one of your toes will be flexed and extended, abducted and adducted, in a specific routine that aims at giving your feet the freedom of movement and the lightness most of us were born with.

During the optional 15 minutes Strength session, your therapist will help you strengthen your ankles using a device specifically developed by Aaron Mattes, the founder of Active Isolated Stretching and Active Isolated Strenghtening, reducing considerably your risk of injury.
