What is a Colon Hydrotherapy session like?

Colon Hydrotherapy can be a comfortable experience for most people. It is conducted in the privacy of a cosy room, with the aid of a certified and experienced hydrotherapist whose aim is to make the session a relaxing, enjoyable and dignified one.

The procedure lasts approximately 40 minutes. A soothing flow of purified, temperature-regulated water is injected gently into the colon through a lubricated thin rectal tube, stimulating the natural peristaltic action of the colon to release softened waste.
