頌恩護理院(下稱‘頌恩’) 成立於1996年12月，由“頌恩醫療護理有限公司”( 前名“美亞工業有限公司”)資助，並為和富社會企業其中一聯營機構。
成立頌恩之初，行政總裁李宗德太平紳士有見當時本港的私營安老院舍質素參差，決心為有需要的長者，建立一個強調全人服務、環境理想及提供專業護理的護老居所。
多年來，頌恩將服務重點集中在長者的復康發展及情緒健康方面。在總監伍梁敏玲女士的帶領及各同事的配合下，頌恩堅守不斷學習, 不斷改進的信念，協助無數中風或半身不遂的院友康復。頌恩並繼續積極向本地及海外,行內及行外借鑒，精益求精，確保與時並進。頌恩著重效益管理，提倡『社會工作企業化』。頌恩亦曾協助學術界進行多項的長者研究，致力推動業界的發展，並鼓勵社會人仕參與社會工作，實踐『社會工作社會化』的精神，為建立共融家國獻一分力。
Grace Nursing Home (Grace), has been established since December 1996 by Grace Healthcare Ltd (which previously named “Mega Industries Ltd.”) and is also a partner with Wofoo Social Enterprises.
At the time of establishment, Mr. Joseph Lee, BBS, JP (Managing Director)recognized the inconsistencies in the quality of services in local private elderly homes, and thus develop Grace and offer a compelling choice from private sector in the elderly services.
Under the strong leadership of Mrs. Miranda Ng (Chief Executive) and our committed team of different professionals, nursing staff and care workers, we provide an ardent service focus on the rehabilitation and psychological health of the elderly. Grace has created a wholesome and amiable environment for our residents. We have even built a strong record and continue to strive at improving our quality by benchmarking from within and outside our industry, from within Hong Kong and oversea.
Grace is also promoting the mission of “ Socializing Social Service” and “Enterprising Social Service” by mobilizing the social and community resources into the service. It is our underlying principle that our proceeds should be restored into our community.
