History
Kelly Ng (Mulan Florist Chief Floral Designer) started her first flower shop around she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in California 2006 – the shop was located at a fabulous and modern district called Santana Row. Her very first idea was to create and to deliver her ideas of flower arrangements to all residential and commercial customers within the area. Fall 2008 Mulan Florist launched in Central Hong Kong.
