Camden Rich (CR) is a private equity company focusing on investment opportunities in China, with special focus on consumer related sectors such as Media, Retail and manufacturing operations.
CR has already made successful investments in China. The format is for CR to take a minority stake (usually as the 2nd largest shareholder) in these investments.
Not only is CR strong in arranging fundings for these investees, CR also assists the investee companies to strengthen their balance sheet, refine business models, expand markets and ultimately be able to achieve two such listings before mid 2009.
