Chief Designers
Vision Design StaffEddie Chiu. Founder of VISION DESIGN in 1997, Eddie graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Higher Diploma and a Master's degree. Before he ran his own firm, he has worked in several well-established design firms including Philips Design. With his exceptional creativity and artistic talents, he has won numerous prestigious awards throughout his academic and professional careers. Recognizing his remarkable contributions and achievements in the design industry, the Industrial Designers Society of Hong Kong (IDSHK) awarded him Fellow status in 2002, the highest membership honour in the Society.
Dewitt Chik. Dewitt is seasoned with versatile experience and expertise in a variety of disciplines, such as System Integration, Man-Machine Interaction, User Analysis, Ergonomic and Environmental Research, Production and Quality Specifications, Product Strategy, Branding and Corporate Marketing. Since 1998, he has been a speaker for HKPC and HKTDC courses and Visiting Lecturer for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He was elected as Full Member of CSD-UK in 1991 and Fellow of IDSHK in 2002. Dewitt has developed over 600 unique designs and swept significant design awards in various consumer and industrial product categories.
Louis Wai. Louis graduated in the Design School of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In additional to his design expertise, he has much knowledge in mechanical devices and CAD applications. His works have been presented in numerous CAD forums. Louis was one of the provisional executive committee members in 2002, the year when the Industrial Designers Society of Hong Kong (IDSHK) was founded. Since then, besides continuously serving the design industry, he has been contributing his vast knowledge to junior designers through IDSHK.
VISION DESIGN, an innovative design firm, was founded in Hong Kong in 1997, specializing in consumer electronics design.
