關於本會
Hong Kong Shoes & Bags Designers Association is a non-profit organization formed by a group of designers and manufacturers. This design body hopes to advocate the public interest in footwear or handbag design and to facilitate the exchange of design concept among members.
In the past, Hong Kong footwear and handbag industries are always lacking designers and talents. Thus we set up this Association to encourage more young designers to join the footwear and handbag field.
Furthermore, Hong Kong government is promoting a Hong Kong Design Center from OEM to ODM. Our Association's objectives are to invite and assist different designers or students to take part in various contests and exhibitions.
We wish to raise the standard of Art in Design and Technology. We also organize academic activities to upgrade design level and update our knowledge. We believe that the level of Hong Kong Designers will gradually be recognized elsewhere around the world.
