PJL INTERIOR DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION (HONG KONG) LIMITED is an international design and build studio for space planning, interior design for retail, domestic residential, and professional corporate offices, as well as project management for addition and alteration works.
PJL philosophy of design can be seen in the way the practice is set up, it is fundamentally an open studio consisted of young and experienced design professionals with design flare of their own and project experiences, hence ensuring the latest cutting edge design and technology are being implemented to every project PJL encounters.
The practice work ranges in scale from 20,000 sqare feet corporate office to small commission of 1,000 sqare feet retail store. We are committed to deliver the highest quality of design and responsible service for every project, most importantly we complete on budget and on time.

Effective cost management, all projects have been built within the respective budgets, even under the most demanding restraints.
• Programmed achievement, work progress is being monitored and tracked against the baseline programme on a regular basis, long lead items are procured on time to mitigate possible delay, each work activity is tied with a float and once the float time is changed, recovery plan would be developed immediately to catch up with the programme to ensure completion of the project on time.
• A wide range of supporting skills, Including the use of model making, latest CAD and 3D photo-real visualization technology, all done in-house to help clients to envision their dreams.
Quality assurance, experienced designers are on-site regularly to ensure projects are executed per design intent, from overall concept to intricate detailing.
