Sample
Samples are all made according to customer's design/information.
Samples require 10~14 days to make. (depends on material availability)
Samples (2pcs/model) is free of charge when an order is confirmed.
More than 3pcs/model is considered as salesman sample.
Sample charge is 200% of cap price (base on 300pcs rate). Minimum charge is HK$50.00/pc (US$6.50/pc).
All samples to be sent by courier (Local/EMS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX) at customer's cost.
Delivery
14days after sample approval (for quantity less than 2,000pcs)
21days after sample approval (for quantity less than 5,000pcs)
30days after sample approval (for quantity less than 30,000pcs)

01 Mar confirm order →
10 Mar send sample for approval →
15 Mar sample approval →
29 Mar send goods to forwarder →
05 Apr goods sailing.
Minimum Requirement
We accept ALL SIZES of order. However, colour of the material may not meet customer wishes since materials are bought from the local market instead of dye-to-match for small quantity orders.
Minimum fabric dyeing quantity for Cotton fabric is 500yards (44" fabric width). Which is good enough to make 3,000pcs of cap in one solid colour.
Mimumum fabric dyeing quantity for Polyester fabric is 1,000yards (58" fabric width). Which is good enough to make 7,000pcs of cap in one solid colour.
Documentation
Form A
To be provided free of charge when shipment quantity is more than 1,000pcs and value more than US$1,500.00
Cost US$50.00 per set (for smaller orders or extra sets for partial shipments).
Certificate of Origin
To be provided free of charge when shipment quantity is more than 1,000pcs and value more than US$1,500.00
Cost US$20.00 per set (for smaller orders or extra sets for partial shipments).
Export licence (Quota) is not required for US/Canada/Europe shipment at the moment.
Packing / Packaging
Our standard packing is 25pcs/polybag/inner box, 150pcs/export carton
G.W. : approx. 15Kg
Vol. : approx. 0.157CBM
Extra cost is required for individual polybag packing or printed polybag.
(To save the earth, we request you to not have individual polybag packing)
Extra cost is required for hang tag or sticker.
Payment Terms
Telex transfer (T/T) remittance is preferred.
30% deposit when order placed
70% balance against copy of bill of lading
Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is acceptable when an order of total amount is more than US$10,000.00
All banking charges are to be born by L/C applicant (including Hong Kong bank local charges).
Paypal is preferred when total amount is less than US$120.00 or HK$2,300.00
