Company Background

Reunion Security Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 1996. Since then, we have held the Security Company Licence No.91 issued by the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority ( SGSIA ) of Hong Kong.

Our company primarily provides security services to well known retails shops, prestige commercial complexes, luxury residential apartments, personal protection and we would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves.

Our management and operational teams consist of an elite group of professionals. Our Board of Directors includes an ex-manager of a well-known security company who has extensive experience in managing daily security-related affairs, We also have on our Board a legal professional who can provide legal advice on immigration law, safety regulations and building regulations. Our operation team is managed by a group of retired Police Officers; including a Unit-Commander who served with The Royal Hong Kong Police Force for more than 35 years.

We employ ex-police officers and ex-employees of Her Majesty‘s Military as Security Commanders. All of our Security Guards comply with the highest level of standards and are all trained in accordance with the Security and Guarding Services Ordinance.

Ex-Gurkha Guards Service
Reunion has been providing Ex-Gurkha Guarding services for a wide range of businesses throughout Hong Kong since 1995. Our background has provided us with a wealth of experience in the protection of property and personnel. In addition to our Gurkhas, we draw upon specialist staff from both military and disciplinary backgrounds to provide a comprehensive range of premium services. We place a strong focus on skills gained in the disciplinary services and combine this with commercial-oriented training, to provide the most professional and reliable security officers. This diversity ensures our ability to provide a complete security solution to our customers.

Retail Shops and Shopping Malls Guarding Services (Reunion Retail)
Reunion Retail has a dedicated management team and control room to co-ordinate the deployment of more than one hundred retail officers throughout Hong Kong. Our managers are well experienced in all aspects of retail security as many of them came from retail backgrounds. This experience enables us to assist our clients in the development of a comprehensive Loss Prevention Strategy. It also allows us to effectively assess levels of threat and maximize spend-to-efficiency ratios. In addition to our fully-trained security officers, Reunion Retail can also supply skilled store detectives with expertise in test purchasing and dealing with opportunistic theft.

Residential and Industrial Complexes
Our officers are not only responsible for building security, but they can also represent your company to your visitors. Our corporate uniform, tie and smart trousers/skirt, are designed to blend into your business environment and project the right balance of helpfulness and officialdom. We can also provide our officers in plain clothes should you prefer. We have the dedicated resources to continuous improve and train our staff so that our service quality to our customers is constantly elevated.

Guard Dogs
Reunion provides personal guard dogs and dog handler services for safety, executive and/or personal protection. Our certified handlers know how to adapt to new environments, deploying canines with high or low profile techniques.

Personal Protection

Our Personal Protection Services Division specializes in comprehensive personal protection with emphasis on discretion and prevention. Trained security personnel provide all requisite services to ensure your personal safety. Our expertise is offered to dignitaries, public figures, business executives, celebrities and tourists. Our services can be custom tailored to cater either individuals or groups. Only the most elite security personnel are selected for our Personal Protection Services. Our officers are background checked and come from various nationalities. Most of our staff have disciplinary force training and experience.

Hosting an event, whether it be a small private party, an industry trade fair, a corporate annual general meeting or a major international sporting event, represents a complex and integrated list of tasks.
