Founded in 1993, with almost 35 years experience in high quality plastic waste recycling, waste recycling development and waste collection in Hong Kong, Sinostate Company Limited (SCL) completed in the main construction of plastics recycling factory, Wing Tin, in August 1996. Wing Tin is located in Dongguan, Guangdong and works in improving the quality of basic recycled plastics and polymer products with strict quality assurance. Such activities have resulted in significant production cost reductions contributing to the enhancement of services for our customers and environment protection.
Apart from our core business activities, we are actively diversifying our business and exploring more opportunities in the markets. Coating & Plastic industries in the Southern China are our first step to enforce our business exposures. We have started two business operations: Shenzhen office and Shunde office. Facing the challenge, we have been promoting chemical products to the paint customers when China experiences the far-reaching impact from the issue of WTO and the explosion of economic growth.
