Tolerance & Backlash
Trapezoidal-type ***** axial backlash 0.15 mm, radial backlash 0.2 mm, lifting ***** outer diameter and sleeve diameter free backlash 0.2 mm. Ball ***** backlash depends on different accuracy rated.
Worm shaft&worm gear play, high speed(N), worm shaft backlash ± 3 degrees, Low speed(L), ± 5 degrees.
Lateral Force
Usually, ***** jack only loads lift ***** axial loading, don't permit to load any lateral force. Any lateral force will reduce ***** jack working life, even damage ***** jack. We suggest, lateral forces that may occur should be taken by an external guide rail.
Self-locking Function
RNF Series Trapezoidal type ***** is of self-locking. The self-locking function depends on a variety of parameters: Large pitches, Different gear ratios, Lubrication, Friction parameters, Ambient influences( such as high or low temperatures), vibrations and mounting position.
Ball ***** with large pitches are consequently not self-locking. Suitable brakes or braking motors must therefore be considered in such cases. Limited self-locking can be assumed for smaller pitches (single-start).
Anti-rotation Devices
Single ***** jack application, isn't guided and without any guide rails, lifting ***** does not do linear motions, only rotation, especially light loading. If that is the case, need to extra add anti-rotation devices. RNF-series ***** jack anti-rotation devices, matches with protetive tube.
Stop Collar
Prevents the ***** from being removed from the jack gearbox. Following clients requirement, we fit stop collar for ***** jacks. The stop collar cannot be used as a fixed stop.
