Responsibilities:
• Assist to prepare general M&A and IP contracts (buy side and sell side)
• Assist to conduct legal due diligence on target companies
• Assist to negotiate terms for transaction deals
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and reporting requirements
• General legal duties like drafting and reviewing legal documents and licence agreements
• Handle any general legal in-house issues
• Carry out legal research
• Translate legal documents
Requirements:
• International law degree
• Several years experience in similar position in international firm or major law firm
• Strong M&A experience
• Fluent English
