請新老客戶注意：我們最近有從部分客戶那裏了解到，原先他們使用的簽證代理商，價格便宜，電話預約或網上預 約取護照。但是，幾個工作日過後客戶接到電話說護照遺失了，不能辦了。結果，客戶上門要求賠償。他們居然沒 有正式的辦公地址，打電話也沒有人接。最後客戶沒有辦法只能報警並出境辦理了簽證。
奉勸需辦理延期或申請簽證的客戶，謹慎選擇簽證代理，選擇方法： 公司是法定注冊過的；（可在辦理時讓代理公司出具一下，工商局規定是挂在營業場所牆上的） 有良好的辦公地點；（在第一次辦理時，請親自到代理公司辦理。辦公室地址在正式的商務大樓中可信度比較高） 經驗豐富的專業團隊；（選擇3年以上的公司他們的經驗豐富，很專業。而且處理問題比較及時） 良好的語言溝通;（語言能力好的公司，可以讓不會說中文的外國人方便很多，也不會有誤解和被騙）
注意：不要輕易相信電話和上網預約取護照（除非老客戶），價格便宜不一定就可以拿到所要求的簽證時效。

Dear new and old customers I would like to pay all of your kind attentions please! We had recently heard from some customers about their stories! When they were applying for visa from some agencies the visa fee offered was very cheap!Their passports were then taken away latter on through the telephone or internet appointment .But, several working days passed they got informed that their passports got loss & could not be managed to process ,They were then rushing to the handling agencies ,but the address given was found out either empty or not existed. When ringing also got nobody to answer .They were finally getting pushed to report to the nearby policemen and return back to their countries to get their China visa processed!
Therefore our advices given to those who need to extend or re-new their China visa must , Choosing those agencies which got licenses and well registered; (all licenses were hang-up on the wall according to the rules from Industrial Bureau or at least they mush show their legal licenses ); (when you are the first time applying China visa from the agencies please just visit them personally. & their office address location at the official commercial building should be within your consideration) Moreover, the experienced specialized team; (at least 3 years experience , good language communication; (fluent in speaking English ) is a must to explain all conditions of application procedure !
Attention: Do not trust easily whatever prices offered! Do not hand your passport easily to anybodies that you get in doubt! Cheap not means perfect job and secure!!
