Qualification:
- Excellent command in written & spoken English is a must.
- Excellent Computing Skills and proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Typing skill in English and Chinese is a must
- F.5 or above is a must.
Everyday duties include but not limited to:
- E-mail customer service. Provide quotes. Reply questions regarding bookings and or other tourism related questions. Model answers to some questions are provided.
- Reservation Book keeping. Manually processing booking when necessary. Synchronizing bookings between different 3rd party booking engines. Report confirmed booking details to our receptionist.
- Might be required to occasionally accept phone calls from inquiring customers.
- Ad hoc assignment.
HKD$30/hour, approximately 4 hours a day depending on work load, 7 days a week no holidays.
