Infrascan (HK) Ltd. was established in 1990 in Hong Kong. Our two major business streams are:
1. Infra-red (Thermographic) surveys
We are the first Company who brought Infra-red technique to Hong Kong for checking building defects. Common applications of our technology are to locate:
- debonding of rendering and mosaic finishes,
- water leakage on roofs and within buildings, &
- potential hazards in electrical and mechanical services.
Our clients include government departments (including HKHA and ASD), contractors, consultants, property management companies, utilities companies and developers / building owners.
2. Building material supplier
We provide a wide range of building material including:
- Fischer / Upat fixing systems
- Araldite epoxy repair mortar/ concrete adhesive/ crack injections
- COOPER & TURNER HSFG bolt & nut to BS4395 / BS EN 14399
- PU foams, single component / two components, fire-rated foams.
- Fixing accessories (high strength grade 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, stainless steel A2, A2-70, A4, A4-70, A4-80, A5-80)
We have supplied products to many prestigious projects in Hong Kong (including Hong Kong International Airport, Tsing Ma Bridge, Central Plaza, ICC, IFC, MTRC projects, Disneyland, West rail projects... etc.)
We have well-stock warehouses with a total area of more than 10000 sq. ft. Our product sources include well established manufacturers in Europe, U.K., USA, Japan, and China.
