In 2009 Hity Lau started her own business providing one-stop consultation services for personal development.
She is an Associate Director, Executive Search at a US listed company and possesses over ten years executive search experience focusing primary on engineering and other functional managerial / professional assignments. In addition, she is a well trained International Professional NS & NLP Trainer and Master NLP Practitioner specialist holding a Diploma in the Art & Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming, and a certificate as a NS & NLP Trainer.
She also started to explore business development opportunities in the field of professional training in 2009 as an Associate Director, Marketing at a Professional Asia Training Centre in Hong Kong.
Since mid-2009. she offers one by one consultation services for personal development as a Director, Coaching Service at her own company SMART GOAL PROFESSIONAL LIMITED.
She is currently handling multi-businesses side by side including coaching services, headhunting, job referral, recruiting, training and outsourcing projects.
In 2009 she started as a Director of Register on Laws of Primary and Secondary School monitoring and managing the operations of HR, Programs and Costs at the school. Also, she assists in applying facilities projects in cooperation with the government department.
She also assists re-engineering projects and organization activities since 2002 as an Alumni Committee member for a primary school.
Since 1990 she handles and organizes various events and functions as a SUPER STAR M.C. of a HK listed entertainment group.
