From 1 April 2014 onwards, Business Registration Fee will be raised to HK$2,250.
Effective from 3 March 2014, implementation of the new Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong.("the new CO")

* The New Companies Ordinance is expected to commence operation in 2014.

Effective from 1 June 2012,capital duty levied on Hong Kong companies under the Companies Ordinance will be abolished by the Companies Registry.
