We are a newly established tutorial centre in Tin Hau and are looking for the right candidate to take control of administrative issues and front desk customer service.
Position: Centre Co-ordinator (Part-time)
Job requirements:
F. 5 graduate or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience
Excellent customer service skills
Fluent English and Cantonese
Must be presentable and have an outgoing and friendly personality
Competent with Word and Excel
Be highly organized
Must be available to work on Saturdays and occasional Sundays
Job duties:
Handle telephone calls & enquiries
Face to face enquires and student support
General administrative support i.e. typing, copying, filing, fax, scheduling and timetables etc.
Immediate available is preferred
Future opportunities for promotion to a full-time position of Centre Co-ordinator to the right candidate.
