FOLDING DOORS
OPERABLE WALLS
Unifold's Operable Walls provide an elegant and efficient solution to meet your space division needs. Operable Wall panels are factory assembled, top supported, and manually operated. With several available options, we can construct your operable wall to meet a wide range of sound protection needs. Our design requires no floor track, but you may choose our optional retracting floor seal, which provides the highest level of sound protection. If necessary, the panels can easily maneuver along 90-degree turns in the ceiling track, allowing full closure for any shape of room, or even an out-of-view stacking bay. Each operable wall panel is 75mm thick, and constructed from structural-strength extruded aluminum frames with either a clear anodized finish, or can be powder coated to a color of your choice. Panel faces are made of MDF and covered with a finish and design of your choosing, including vinyl, fabric (available with or without a pin board backing) full or partial whiteboard, and furniture paint. Additionally, you may choose to have one or more of your panels contain a door, allowing easy access from room to room while your operable wall is closed. Each panel module is no greater than 1220mm wide.

ACOUSTIC ACCORDION DOORS
Unifold's Soundguard Series of Acoustic Accordion Doors are the ultimate in space division--where high noise control, ease of operation, durability, and style is necessary.
Only one person is required to operate the accordion doors. Large or very high doors are especially easy easy to operate due to the rigid construction of the door. The extra weight load on the ball-bearings' trolleys provides a smooth operation. Soundguard Accordion doors are suspended from an aluminum overhead track and no floor tracks are required.
The manufacturing process allows for the wide selection of finishes for your accordion door, including various varieties of vinyl, fabric, timber veneers, furniture paint, and laminates. Unifold's accordion doors are available in two different sound ratings, STC 34 and 40. A standard insulated gyprock wall has a rating of about 35, so in most cases, our accordion doors provide an equal if not better sound isolation than a wall in your house.

FOLDING DOORS
Unifold's lines of Folding Doors are the perfect solution when seeking a quick and cost-efficient room partition. A folding door is the ideal solution for recessed laundry rooms, or for a quick visual separation in the office or the home.
Our folding doors utilize a durable, UV shaped-stabilsed PVC hinge. The hinges are housed within a matching ball profile cut for the full length of a panel. This hinge has been designed to withstand continuous use in any climate type. The durability of the PVC hinge is ensured with a minimum wall thickness of 1.0mm.
The folding door is top supported and hung from an extruded aluminum track (clear or powder coated) without floor tracks or guides. It closes securely with a standard magnetic catch and colour matching handles.
