- 至少每月報告; 可按照要求進行會議
- 任何分析報告，例如，AR AP賬齡，現金流，費用分析
- 處理和回覆所有核數師的問題
- 可介紹收取合理審計費的核數師
- 最低收費: 每年HK$800 （實際收費按會計記錄及文件數量多少而定）
- 企業及個人稅務: 所有報稅及申報
- 處理稅務局書面問題，稅務規劃
- 企業財務：貿易信貸控制，現金流及融資控制，對沖交易，財務風險管理（現金流預測，盈利預測，企業預算）
- 諮詢服務：系統安裝，系統審計與內部監控審查

- 10 years+ experience of Auditing and Taxation in International Top CPA firms & Finance Control in MNC
- Experience in IPO, M&A and restructuring
- Handle FULL sets of accounts and accounting records
- Industry: SME, Construction & Contractors, Trading & Wholesale, Retail & Distribution, Consultancy & Services, Transportation & Logistics, Advertising & Media
- At least Monthly reporting; Ad-hoc meeting as requested
- Any Analysis Report as requested, e.g. AR AP ageing, Cashflow, Expense analysis
- Handle and reply to ALL auditor’s queries
- Referral to audit firms charging reasonable audit fee
- Min charge HK$800 per annum (Actual fee depends on volume of accounting records & documents)
- Taxation and Other Services
- Corporate & Personal Tax filing to IRD & ALL Compliance
- IRD Tax query handling, Tax planning
- Corporate finance: Credit control, Treasury control & Hedging, Financial risk management (Cashflow forecast, Profit forecast, Budgeting)
- Advisory services: System implementation, System audit & Internal Control review
