Part-time Office Assistant/Bookkeeping
Humdinger Wind Energy (HK) Limited is a small research and development cleantech company that is developing the world’s first nonturbine wind harvester, the Windbelt (www.humdingerwind.com). We are currently looking for a part-time office assistant, with a particular focus on bookkeeping, in our new workshop in Kwun Tong. This job is suitable for independent contractors, as it is initially part-time, one day per week.
You will be asked to:
· Handle bookkeeping jobs and general administration duties
· Assist in placing orders for components from local and offshore sources
For this job, you need:
· 2+ years experience
· Very good working knowledge and experience with Peachtree, MS Excel
· Experience with Quickbooks a plus
· Familiarity with office administration in a design firm/industrial environment a plus
· Familiarity with basic engineering components a plus
· Language: Fluency in English, proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese a plus
