Aromatherapy Associates,a well established Britsih luxury spa brand are looking to recruit a full time Beauty Consultant. You will take responsibility for the growth of counter along side the Counter Manager,create awareness of the brand in store as well as performing in store treatemnts.
Person Specification:
- You must be qualified Beauty Therapist
- Have at least two years experience within the luxury beauty retailing industry
- Experienced all operational aspects of the role to assist the Counter Manager- completing sales reports, staff schedual, stock counts, stock ordering, staff commision payments and coordination of in store cabine
- Effective at planning and organising self and others
- Confident in presenting to large groups at events.
- Self-motivated and capable of communicating well in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Passionate, outgoing and customer focused personality
- Computer literacy is essential
- Strong motivation to strike for sales and make sure it is in line with company’s targets
- Skilled in selling beauty products and providing beauty treatment service
- Highly and self-motivated, disciplined, friendly, respectful, team player, quick learner
