從事游泳、拯溺及體能教學工作超過10多年，見到很多位學員由「好怕水」，到能自己輕鬆完成到一個直池；還有一些俗稱「石頭人」的學員，初學游泳時拼命地抓住池邊不放，到最後能浮身在水中滑行。這份滿足感使我更熱愛（教練）這份工作。
複雜的事情簡單做，您就是專家；簡單的事情重複做，您就是行家；重複的事情用心做，您就是贏家。學習游泳也是同一樣道理，我沒有見過學不識游泳的學員，只有不肯堅持的。透過有系統、漸進式訓練方法，深入淺出和互動有趣的教學方式，了解每個學員的特點，制定適切的游泳及運動訓練計劃，希望能：
1) 推廣游泳運動，水上安全；鍛練強健體魄，增強自信。
2) 教授正確泳姿，提升游泳技術；
3) 透過有系統訓練，讓學員有效提升游泳水平；
4) 無論想學自由式、蛙式、蝶式或背泳，都可以輕鬆學識。

教學地區： 上水、粉嶺、大埔、沙田、東九龍各區公眾泳池及私人屋苑泳池或會所泳池。
授課語言：廣東話、English 或 普通話
教學比例及收費：1對1 ($450 HKD) - 1 堂 1 小時
